BREAKING: OB/GYN and CEO of AAPLOG Dr. Christina Francis goes undercover for the first time to see all the medical risks associated with ordering abortion pills. The results shocked even us.
No oversight.
No verification.
No medical professionals seemingly involved.
This site allows women to assume the risk on themselves if they have life-threatening complications that can occur if they have an IUD, on blood thinners, or have anemia.
A minor can order them.
Just as tragic, abusers can order these drugs and cover up their crimes.
This should be a wake-up call. It is time for the FDA to reverse its reckless actions and respect individual state laws by immediately reinstating crucial safeguards that will ultimately protect both women and their preborn children.

ONE WEEK AWAY
On June 24, AAPLOG and @AAPLOG_Action will start our Second Annual Day of Giving.
When you support AAPLOG Action, you’re not just giving.
You’re helping protect physicians, patients, and the future of our profession.
Here’s what your support is already making possible:
Doctors are rising.
In the 2024 election cycle, we mobilized 4 physician coalitions:1,100+ members...in just 3 months.
And we’re just getting started as we prepare for 2026.
Conscience rights are being defended.
We’re standing in the gap so physicians and medical students can practice medicine without being forced to compromise their convictions.
Real impact in policy.
Your support helps us train doctors, endorse legislation, and educate lawmakers: 25 federal bills and counting.
This is how we protect life-affirming care.
But we need your help to keep this good work going
Your gift fuels the work.
Your partnership strengthens the movement.
Thank you, @HawleyMO, for being a strong voice in Congress for the protection of women and children from the harms of abortion drugs. We stand with you in calling on @DAGToddBlanche to do the right thing:
Protect women and uphold states’ authority to enforce their own laws.
Medical institutions have peddled abortion ideology that contradict scientific facts.
This special podcast episode of OBservations features the keynote address at MBEC 2026 by Professor Robbie George, interviewed by Dr. Susan Bane.
This is a MUST listen/watch! A stay tuned for registration updates on MBEC 2027!

We’re grateful for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas who is willing to call out what’s really happening with abortion drugs. Companies like GenBioPro and Danco continue to put profits ahead of the well-being of women and preborn children.
The fight for our patients is far from over, and we’re thankful for leaders on the Court who clearly speak truth and stand for justice for all.
I understand why people say "doctors are scared" -- and it's because the pro-abortion lobby has exponentially ratcheted up the fear factor when it comes to emergency situations.
ACOG & the leading bodies, who should be going out their way to assure doctors they have wide discretion, are SILENT.
Yet, the numbers show doctors are making tough decisions every day & NOT ONE has been legally punished for doing so.
These people simply want expanded abortion access for any reason. They don't want bans of *any* kind. So they terrorize doctors, and in the process, women are harmed.
Thank you @DrFrancis4Life@aaplog & others for continuing to speak truth on these matters.
My latest for @WNGdotorg on Pro Publica's obvious pro-abortion agenda:

“What if the reason so many young women fear pregnancy is not because they are irrational, but because they were systematically denied the full picture?” - @theisabelb
Women weren’t given the truth — the beauty and benefits of pregnancy that science backs. That’s why ReThink Pregnancy exists.
Even the @CDCgov definition of induced abortion specifically does not include ectopic pregnancy treatment.
It’s important as medical professionals that we accurately represent what an induced abortion is, as well as ectopic pregnancy, and not confuse the two.
At AAPLOG, our position is that we absolutely treat ectopic pregnancy to save the life of the mother, but we do not have to intentionally end the life of a preborn child.
Did you know AAPLOG offers medical education courses?
For too long, physicians have had to navigate a confusing clinical landscape. AAPLOG is changing that—equipping doctors with clear, evidence-based training.

There is not a single state with pro-life legislation where women cannot receive care for a miscarriage.
That includes the standard mifepristone and misoprostol regimen, which falls squarely within these laws’ exceptions. 🧵

Prescribing medication or performing procedures like a D&C is standard OB/Gyn care when used to promote health and healing.
But not when the intention is to end the life of a fetal patient.
Medicine is ordered toward health and healing.
OB/Gyns care for two patients: a maternal patient and a fetal patient.
Directly ending the life of one, and potentially harming the other, is not health care.
Did you know maternal care deserts are a growing crisis?
Over 35% of U.S. counties lack maternity care, affecting 2.3M+ women, especially in rural & Black communities.
At AAPLOG, we believe the answer is more care, not less life. Every mother deserves care. Every community deserves women’s healthcare specialists.
