A dog missing since July 4 was safely rescued after being spotted swimming in the San Francisco Bay. Firefighters used binoculars to locate the exhausted pup before a water rescue team pulled it from the bay. The dog was taken to a local animal rescue organization, where staff were able to reunite it with its owners.
