Yesterday Alan Wilson was announced to be the republican nominee for governor, and Jenny Costa Honeycutt will face off against Nancy Lacore for the first congressional district. A man wanted on multiple warrants is currently still at large in the area of Georgetown County. 2,000 acres of land near Cane Bay is set for rezoning for the new Lake Village Development after a meeting held yesterday night.
