@smolqueen86 Ahhh again I relate so much, idek what sleep is anymore lol anxiety sucks. Have you tried melatonin or any type of sleeping aid? Sometimes they help me fall asleep a bit easier. And yes we do! I finally have some time off work so we’ll deff have to plan something 😊🖤
