Thanks to everyone who nominated the outstanding chemical engineers in our community for the 2026 #WICisYOU campaign. As we wrap up Women’s History Month, let’s renew our commitment to advancing equity, mentorship, and support; together, we are engineering a more inclusive world.
Our next #WICisYOU highlight is Rose Cersonsky from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has scientific interests in areas such as machine learning and macromolecules. Perhaps even more impressively, she completed a half-marathon in under two hours while five months pregnant!
Today we are excited to highlight Kristine Horvat, professor University of New Haven with research interests in carbon sequestration and biofuels.
Don't forget to keep the nominations for # WICisYOU coming!
