The French Ministry of Culture has appointed me a Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters. I am only the second Deafblind person, after Helen Keller, to receive this distinction. If only Helen were here to guide me. She could read and write French; I’m still working on that. 1/3

It is understandable that there is relevant, and immensely important, research around those matters, but it is also immensely important that we are mindful about what we post and how it affects/what repercussions it might have to fellow readers.

#depression is a beast, a huge one
During holidays, weekends, days that you're expected to "have fun" it hits hard
I'm not sure whether it helps or not, just felt like reminding that no matter how lonely, no matter how low, blue, sad, it is okay, and it will eventually get better
In my opinion, one of the key points in life, is to acknowledge change and to adapt accordingly.
It is okay decaying in some ways, you might find a way in growing along other directions.
Just remember to pause, observe, revaluate, proceed
#BeKind#KeepCalm
New Year's blues is kind of sota for many people, especially those ones (us) that face mental health challenges
I hope that we all find a way to feel some warmth of love and compassion
Please, do take care and have faith on the next day
