My ankle: several muscles pulled/torn. Rest & ice, etc. Hard to sit still. At least the job starts Monday and I tend to sit more then.

MRI this am. Had to hold foot still for 25 min (no toe wiggling even). Try that sometime! Told to rest it so boys & I watching LOTR Trilogy.
