The only way not to miss hydro pump is not to run it and Rotom really feels like the best mon on the team in a lot of matchups and while you need to be careful around endgames against ground types it generally feels manageable with the other tools available

Getting back in to VGC has been a lot of fun. I'm proud with my performance in the Grand Champions Festival, I achieved my goal for the tournament despite succumbing to fatigue as we pushed late in to the night

In general the team felt super solid, but there's maybe a few things I'd consider changing:
Leftovers probably isn't the right item on Sini, a resist berry would do more for it overall.
There's a world where Aero is mega on this team I think, but sash is just so good.

Ultimately if champions is to be the home of VGC it needs to support play from primarily within itself, otherwise it's just a continuation of Coliseum/Stadium/Battle Revolution and we may as well have just stayed in the main games 3/3

This is my primary concern with Champions, bugs and format restrictions will improve, but we/they should be using the opportunity if breaking VGC out into a standalone title to improve accessibility, and the game does that in many ways... 1/3

It's more the fact that it's not easy to get these resources

But for non-home players I'm concerned for how many resources they'll get long term. The initial burst and battle pass resets may be enough to build 1/2 teams, but will it be enough to adapt to metagame trends? Especially if formats change as frequently as they do in scvi 2/3
