Individual success is highly valued in Africa, especially in Ghana. The average Ghanaian household teaches nothing but competition, even among family members.
Indians come to Canada, create a community & proper. Go to Brampton, you’d see.
The Chinese do the same. Go to Markham.
Collectivism continue to make these group of people prosper. Growing businesses & dominating.
But individualism will be the peril of the African community.

🇬🇭🇬🇧 JUST IN:
British Airways pilot Kwame Yeboah has been sentenced to nine years and four months in prison after being convicted of raping a 12-year-old girl he met online.
The 30-year-old was found to have groomed the victim through social media before travelling to meet her.
With the work he does, he does not necessarily have to be rich, he will get a lot of women wanting to be with him just because he is a pilot.
So why go for a 12year old minor?
The sentence is not strong enough. He should be given more years. He is mad!
There's someone in the quotes saying “this is a setup”. You people should continue your fooling here in Ghana because you can easily get away with it. When you go to a proper working country and start rotting in jail for your actions, nobody go tell you.
Interesting last line in Ghana's national anthem which says "and help us to resist oppressor’s rule with all our will and might forever more." Wonder who that refers to?!
