As part of Children’s Mental Health Week we visited Saints Peter and Paul Catholic High School in Widnes. It’s important for children to feel seen, heard and supported, and honest conversations in safe spaces can help protect their mental health. #childrensmentalhealthweek

We were delighted to be part of ‘Halton Youth Tackling Big Issues’ focus group today discussing issues such as #mentalhealth, #substanceuse, #bullying & self esteem. Well done to the young people of Halton - fantastic attendance and engagement with students and staff.

Thanks to @WestKirbyGS for inviting us along this week to speak with their amazing yr 12 students. Sessions included meaningful conversations about underlying issues around substance use and a focus on positive coping strategies we can use when faced with difficult times.
