The amount of stuff in my fridge is honestly a little embarrassing... but there are a few hidden gems worth digging through.
There's always a giant tub of Duke's mayo, confit garlic ready to transform just about anything, homemade chili crisp, homemade Calabrian chili oil and yes... some capers that have definitely overstayed their welcome. Then there are the pickled caper leaves from Croatia.

Baton Rouge deserves a lot more attention for its food.
