🚨BREAKING BOMBSHELL: Zelenko Labs alleges Foster Coulson used Dr. Zelenko’s legacy company as a launchpad to build The Wellness Company. The complaint claims Z Labs money, formulas, inventory, employees, affiliates, and infrastructure were diverted into TWC while Z Labs was allegedly suppressed from within. According to the complaint, Zelenko Labs alleges Coulson used his control over the post Zelenko corporate structure to divert money, inventory, proprietary formulas, employees, customer channels, affiliate networks, and operational infrastructure away from Zelenko Labs and into The Wellness Company. Zelenko Labs claims Coulson gained control over key entities, represented TWC as aligned with the Zelenko ecosystem, then allegedly used Z Labs resources to build TWC as a competing company. The complaint further alleges: Z Labs money moved through IHB into TWC. Millions in inventory allegedly benefited TWC. Z Labs employees allegedly worked on TWC projects while Z Labs paid them. Z Labs formulas and trade secrets were allegedly used for TWC products. Z Stack allegedly went out of stock while TWC grew. Transfers were allegedly reclassified as “loans” after questions were raised. Invoices were allegedly issued for services never rendered. TWC allegedly grew to millions per month while Z Labs declined. And now Zelenko Labs is asking the court for damages, restitution, an accounting, a constructive trust, and a declaration that Z Labs may hold an equitable or beneficial interest in TWC.
