still a lot to get done

launched rwa koda plushie

i pushed team to integrate the token gated tranche
i believe holders should come first

was a lot to fit in for a new collab drop
probably too much
ultimately bumpiness on the drop was on me
was my call, easy for me to own

despite bumpy ride
1000+ kodas went to holders
100 to public sale

believe this distribution will lead to healthier/better collection - we'll see how it does in the coming days
