@virginmedia once again let down by your company. Promised a new installation tomorrow and have had it put on hold for more construction work despite an agent saying it was done. High paying customer now left unable to work properly and let down on 2 occasions. Disgusting

@virginmedia I have raised a complaint today with your complaints team. Compensation is all well and good but it comes across as an empty gesture to allow mistakes, when in reality a realistic time frame in the first instance could stop this from happening.

@virginmedia I didn't, but now I do as I have been let down by you again, 24 hours before installation, my installation has been put on hold without a new date or reason as to why.

I'm actually devastated, unable to work properly and been promised 2 dates that haven't transpired.

@virginmedia disgusting service over the past 2 days, after being promised internet of the 12th you have moved me back to the 8th march (now 23rd). Asked for mobile data to keep me going for work and was told to pay upfront for credit on my account...

Been passed through 4 different people, one of whom lied and said installation was still the 12th (that is now an audit), told to ring an 08 number which has cost me £20 and the last person was unable to transfer me to customer service to discussed hotspot.
