“Number one risk… that’s discovery risk.” Our CEO Troy Boisoli says $SASK $SASKF has now made multiple discoveries at Angilak, with RIB and Lac 50 showing a system that is moving from discovery into continuity and “building underlying asset value.”
ATHA Energy VP of Exploration, Cliff Revering, was the chief geologist at Cigar Lake: "So we have a very good familiarity with large scale uranium systems and tier one uranium systems. And what we're seeing both at Lac 50 and at RIB is we're seeing mineralization where we're stepping out hundreds of meters to kilometers targeting geophysical signatures and hitting uranium mineralization.
But not only are we hitting uranium it's the entire system. We're hitting large scale graphitic-sulfidic structures that are localizing mineralization that have tens to hundreds of metres of alteration surrounding them. It's indicative of a very large trend, a very large system.
And it's actually unique because when you start to look at this the geologic setting, how it's characterized, it's more analogous probably to a lode gold system than a typical than a typical hydrothermal uranium system that you would see in the Athabasca Basin.
And you can understand that we've been building up the thesis for the last couple of years, and every time we get a new set of data, we start to refine and and distill our observations, which then in turn leads to increased predictability within our drill results.
And once you get to defining kind of first order mineralized controls it's a really exciting position to be in because then you're building – then you're actually building underlying asset value as opposed to just addressing that first risk, which is discovery risk. We're now into that second phase, which is building continuity within the system." Interview with @capnek123

Lac 50 vs RIB: "We've got an envelope right now around Lac 50 that's contained by wireframes that has an exploration target model on it (61M-98M lbs¹ U₃O₈).
We just stepped and nearly doubled that with a four thousand metre step out." 🎤💥
Transcript with $SASK.V $SASKF CEO Troy Boisjoli:
"In terms of the market looking at Lac 50 versus RIB versus the Basin etcetera, Matt [Gordon of @CruxInvestor) we've got an envelope right now around Lac 50 that's contained by wireframes that has an exploration target model on it.
We just stepped and nearly doubled that with a four thousand meter step out. Building continuity along that system we'll go – you know we'll move that envelope significantly at Lac 50. And any time you can build and start to put together a resource growth opportunity or a resource opportunity that's consistent, that hangs along in one trend, in one location that's very positive.
It's very positive from a look-through when you think about operations, development, etcetera. But at the same time, the RIB upside is very substantial based off of the data we have in hand at this time.
And so that's why we have two drills there. We have two drills there to work out and understand it.
What is the size of that system? What is the continuity of mineralization within it, etcetera? Because at the end of the day, with the data we have through this course of this year's program, the objective is to have enough information to trade off a technical study internally and say, "Okay, what is the best, the absolute best opportunity for ATHA shareholders in terms of that next round of investment, that next round of investment being delineation dollars?" /end
¹ The Lac 50 Deposit has a 2024 Exploration Target ranging from 60.8 M lbs to 98.2 M lbs with an average grade range from 0.37% U3O8 to 0.48% U3O8.The stated potential quantity and grade is conceptual in nature, and there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource, and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource. The conceptual target for further exploration is based on available diamond drillhole data including the 2024 drill program results, and the ranges of potential quantity and grade were derived from conceptual vein wireframes, drill core assays, grade interpolation and applied uncertainty ranges. Exploration success for @athaenergycorp at Angilak. A step-out hole 4km along strike from the main Lac 50 Deposit intersected 11.5m of composite uranium mineralization. This effectively confirms the entire 4km gap is highly prospective ground. ⚛️

"We just released a hole that had 37 metres of uranium mineralization in it...that's a lot of uranium" –CEO $SASK.V $SASKF The start of this season built on last year's huge success at RIB. We now have two very prospective corridors: RIB and Lac 50.
Q: Do we have to choose?
A: "Now RIB it is – what we're seeing is great thicknesses of mineralization there. We just released a hole that downhole had 37 meters of uranium mineralization in it.
37 meters is a – that's a lot of uranium mineralization downhole in a single drill hole.
Okay, that's very good thickness. What we really didn't understand going into this year was what was the continuity of mineralization within that RIB trend. And based off of the early data that we have this year and the re-release that we put out last week that continuity is starting to hold together.
And so when you ask when you ask who our favorite child is – so to speak [Lac 50 or RIB] – this year will determine that.
We'll continue to get more data from RIB. We'll continue to get more data from Lac 50 with the objective then at the end of the year being in a trade-off.
Internally having trade-off studies that are going on to say, "Okay what is the best opportunity for that next round of investment that allows us to meet our objectives as quickly as possible?" /end

With three drills turning in multiple areas at our Angilak #uranium project, there's a lot happening. And we're just getting started. $SASK $SASKF CEO Troy Boisjoli explains how a 4 km step‑out has extended the footprint of uranium mineralization along the Lac 50 corridor.
Transcript:
Troy Boisjoli: "Lots going on. Three drills turning. Three drills turning in mineralization right now in two to three different areas, which is exciting. Results from last week coming out of Lac 50. Just as a reminder, Lac 50 is a deposit on the Angilak project, sits right at the edge of the [Angikuni] basin.
What we did this year was we had a tremendous amount of success last year at the RIB area. One of the core tenets of that success was the 3D inversion modeling that we did with the geophysics.
In Q1 of this year, we ran that over Lac 50, and what that highlighted is that Lac 50 is not constrained within a 5 km-long corridor.
There's about a 21 km-long corridor there that highlights very well as a large conductive structure.
We went off of the western edge of Lac 50. We stepped 4 km away and we drilled a hole. And drilled a fence of holes. And on that fence of holes, the second hole hit over 11 metres of mineralization, about seven metres within that of continuous mineralization.
About 1.6 metres of that would be what would be considered high grade when you think about the radiometric results, etcetera. So very good initial result, and no drill hole within four kilometres of it." /end
Season 3 is off to a strong start → The WIDEST intersection to date at RIB North: 37 m of total composite uranium mineralization 📊 "the 2026 drill program has delivered results that support continuity of uranium mineralization..." –Cliff Revering VPX $SASK.V $SASKF
Full quote: “We are very encouraged by the results to date across the RIB Mineralized Corridor, with the RIB North area continuing to emerge as a key focus within the broader trend. Building on the initial RIB North discovery in 2025, the 2026 drill program has delivered results that support continuity of uranium mineralization across meaningful step-out distances completed to date. These results are important because they continue to validate our exploration model and strengthen our view that the RIB Mineralized Corridor remains a highly prospective uranium-bearing system.
As we advance the 2026 program, our focus remains on systematically testing this mineralized trend, while continuing to assess the broader scale potential of RIB North and the surrounding corridor. These results provide a strong foundation for continued exploration and underscore the significance of this area within our overall exploration strategy.”

"Successfully intersecting uranium mineralization on 100% of our regional exploration targets, now with six discoveries in just fifteen months of work – I say Angilak is something truly unique" –CEO $SASK.V $SASKF
Full quote from Troy Boisjoli on the first preliminary results (2 holes) that delivered a major new high-grade discovery along the Lac 50 corridor: "Over the last two decades I have had the privilege of exploring the top uranium districts globally – including Cameco’s Rabbit Lake trend and NexGen’s world class Rook I Project.
It is with that experience, when I look at the exploration results from Angilak over the last two years – successfully intersecting uranium mineralization on 100% of our regional exploration targets, now with six discoveries in just fifteen months of work – I say Angilak is something truly unique, representing something completely new in the uranium exploration space.
Today’s results from the Lac 50 Northwest Discovery, intersecting high-grade uranium mineralization 4 km along strike from the Lac 50 Deposit area and the nearest drilling, demonstrates the unrealized potential of Angilak, as well as the Company’s ability to execute. ATHA’s success is ever more impactful when considering projections for increases in global energy demand, and prominence of nuclear energy in plans to meet those needs. Compounding those demands with issues of stability of commodity supplies from stable jurisdictions, and ATHA’s Angilak Uranium Project has a very bright future."
