DM ने पहले छोटा कर्मचारी भेजा। बच्चे बोले, "हम लोगों को DM से बात करनी है।" अंत में DM को स्कूल में पहुँचना पड़ा।

Massive build up of forces. Tear gas. Lathicharge. Police without nameplates. Goons in civvies. False narratives. Allegations of “foreign funding”. “Anti national forces”. “International interference”. Demeaning, skewed — or almost no — coverage on national media.

Searing heat. Pouring rain.

Yet the CJP and lakhs of young students held strong. Met batons with conviction. Tear gas with resolve. Propaganda with scorn. Hatred with humour.

They sang songs. Made memes. Waved the Constitution.

Healed division with dance.

This is why Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation is so cathartic.

It’s a win for democracy. It’s not about efficacy: it’s about accountability. A chance for a reset.

Everyone was tired. The young have raised the standard.

There’s a lot of work ahead. Educational reforms to be made. Promises to be kept: no false FIRs. No detainments. No threats off camera. No surveillance.

And no lies.

But for this moment: it’s just — Salute GenZ!
