Let's talk about backdated registrations. What is that?

A registration is not on voter roll "A" but is on voter roll "B" with a registration date earlier than the date of voter roll "A". The record "looks" like it has been around longer than it actually has. This is purposeful and very unlawful. It's called "packing" the voter rolls around an election.....

There are over 46,000 backdated registrations since March 2026.

Of these, over 5,600 were previously purged Reg IDs. Reminder, per 21-2-234 & 235 you are on the voter roll before purge for around 9-10 years of no contact. So, if they are reintroduced, especially at their old address, they are automatically suspect.

Let's look the case of Mr. Clark in Pierce County.....
