The anti- Gen Z- BJP’s regime in @mybmc has started distributing land parcels of open spaces and playgrounds to its MLCs and funders in Mumbai.

This land loot by the CM for his friends is shocking, and yet not so.

One wonders what is the hurry and the worry that has pushed the CM to loot lands in Mumbai so openly for his friends.

Or is it just BJP taking revenge for Gen Z and the youth stepping out to protest against its incompetence?

मी सातत्याने रस्त्यांची दुरवस्था, आवश्यक सोयी सुविधांचा अभाव ह्यामुळे नाशिक, पुणे औद्योगिक पट्ट्यातून बाहेर पडणारे उद्योग ह्याविषयी बोलत आहे. ह्या ठिकाणच्या दौऱ्यादरम्यान स्थानिक नागरिक, उद्योजक त्रस्त असल्याचे जाणवले.

ह्याच पार्श्वभूमीवर आज कोकण दौऱ्यावर आहे. गणेशोत्सव ��ोंडावर आला असतानाही मुंबई-गोवा महामार्गाची स्थिती ‘जैसे थे’च आहे. उलट अनेक ठिकाणी रस्त्यांची अवस्था आणखी बिकट झाली आहे.

दरम्यान, मुंबई-गोवा महामार्गावरील खारपाडा येथे रस्त्याची दुरवस्था आणि रखडलेल्या कामाची पाहणी केली.

वरळी मतदारसंघातील रस्त्यांवरील खड्डे, सार्वजनिक गणेशोत्सव मंडळांना येणाऱ्या अडचणी, आवश्यक उपाययोजना आणि ऑनलाईन परवानगीह्या विषयांवर भर देण्यात आला.

बैठकीस मुंबई महानगरपाल���केचे अधिकारी, स्थानिक पोलीस, वाहतूक पोलीस, अग्निशमन दलाचे अधिकारी आणि स्थानिक गणेशोत्सव मंडळांचे पदाधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

The bjp regime is set out on a mission to finish football in Mumbai.

The Mumbai Football Arena that we made in 2015-16 at the Shahajiraje Krida Sankul, Andheri Sports Complex, has now got new trustees.

They believe that rather than promoting sports, it’s their job to hike the fees and push out football from the city, so that they can start leasing the ground to events and shows and earn money out of it.

As a result, they’ve quoted an absurdly high rate of fees to @MumbaiCityFC for the @IndSuperLeague

यासोबतच, पादचाऱ्यांसाठी अडथळाविरहित आणि सुलभ पदपथ करण्याबाबतही चर्चा झाली असून, यासाठीचे ��र्वेक्षण सुरू करण्यात आले आहे.

वर नमूद रस्त्यांच्या वाहतूक अभ्यासाच्या आधारे, सुचवलेल्या सुधारणांचे काम या वर्षी ऑक्टोबर महिन्यापर्यंत सुरू व्हावे, यासाठी प्रयत्न करत आहोत.

Today, at the @mybmcWardGS ward office, we met to take forward the work on the pedestrian ease and traffic movement for
1) Bindumadhav Thackeray Chowk Worli Seaface
2) Lotus Junction
3) Worli Naka
4) Delisle Road Bridge ramps

Along with this, ensuring smooth walkable footpaths was also discussed and a survey has been initiated for the same.

The traffic studies done for the above mentioned roads, pushing for the work to start on the suggested improvements, by October this year.

🚨 मुलुंड भूखंडाची लूट 🚨

⚠️ शाळेच्या अगदी बाजूला, जो भूखंड स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्ससाठी राखीव होता, तिथे आता 'पेट्रोल पंप'चा प्रस्ताव भाजपने आणला आहे.

⚠️ आणि रस्त्याच्या अगदी पलीकडे, तिथे देखील एक भूखंड पेट्रोल पंपासाठी राखीव ठेवण्यात आला आहे. तो भूखंड बहुधा गॅस स्टेशनसाठी देण्यात आले आहे, ज��यामध्ये डिझेल, पेट्रोल (आणि अर्थातच सध्याच्या शासनाचे आवडते इथेनॉल) असू शकते.

⛔️ प्रश्न असा आहे की, स्थानिक लोकप्रतिनिधींना तेथील रहिवाशांसाठी स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्स असावे असे का वाटत नाही?

⛔️ समोरच्या बाजूला एक प्लॉट राखीव असतानाही, पेट्रोल पंपासाठी एवढ्या मोठ्या जमिनीची गरजच काय?

⛔️ हाच पलिकडचा भूखंड एका पुलाद्वारे थेट हायवेला जोडला जाऊ शकतो, तरीही त्यांना संपूर्ण वाहतूक ह्या अरुंद गल्लीत का आणायची आहे?

⛔️ येथील लोकप्रतिनिधींना फक्त भूखंडाचे श्रीखंड पाहिजे, लोकांची काळजी नाही का?

ह्या प्रकरणाचा प्रसारमाध्यमांद्वारे पर्दाफाश करण्यासाठी काल मी ह्या ठिकाणी भेट दिली होती; आता ह्या जमीन बळकावण्याच्या प्रकारात @mybmc च्या सक्रिय भूमिकेबाबत त्यांच्याकडून उत्तर येण्याची मी वाट पाहत आहे.

⚠️ Next to the school, the plot reserved for a Sports Complex has now been converted to a “Petrol Pump”

⚠️ and just across the road, there is a plot that has been reserved for a Petrol Pump. That plot apparently has been given for Gas Station, which can be together with Fuel- Diesel, Petrol (obv the regime’s favourite- Ethanol!)

⛔️ The question is, why are the local elected representatives not wanting the residents to have a sports complex there?

⛔️ Why does a petrol pump need such a big land, despite there being a plot on the opposite side?

⛔️ The same plot can be connected to the highway with a bridge, yet they want traffic to entire the narrow lane.

Do the elected representatives here only care for land loot and not people?

Visited this place yesterday to expose it through the media, waiting to hear from the @mybmc on its active role in assisting such land grab.

आज मी मुलुंडमधील त्या भूखंडाला भेट दिली, जेथील "क्रीडा संकुल" चे आरक्षण उठवून मुख्यमंत्र्यांना पेट्रोल पंप करायचे आहे.

धक्कादायक बाब म्हणजे, ह्या भूखंडाच्या अगदी समोरच पेट्रोल पंपासाठी आरक्षित असलेला एक भूखंड आहे आणि तोही जो हायवेशी जोडला जाऊ शकतो.

प्रश्न असा आहे की, @CMOMaharashtra मुंबईतील सर्व मोकळ्��ा जागा, क्रीडांगणे सिमेंट-काँक्रीटचे जंगल उभे करणाऱ्या मित्रांच्या हवाली करण्यासाठी इतके उत्सुक का आहेत?

तरुणांविरूद्ध हा कसला राग आहे की या सरकारला मुंबईत एकही मोकळी जागा शिल्लक ठेवायची नाही?

आम्ही ह्याविरोधात लढू.
