#دیانا_طاهرآبادی، دانش‌آموز ۱۶ ساله اهل کرج، در تاریخ ۵ بهمن ۱۴۰۴ در پی یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزل خانوادگی‌اش بازداشت و به کانون اصلاح و تربیت زندان کچویی منتقل شد.

با گذشت حدود یک ماه از بازداشت، وی همچنان در زندان به سر می‌برد. گزارش‌ها حاکی از اخذ اعترافات اجباری در دوران بازداشت است؛ هرچند او در حضور قاضی هرگونه نقش در اتهام منتسب را رد کرده است.

اتهام اولیه «محاربه» بوده که ظاهراً در مراحل بعدی تعدیل شده، اما نگرانی‌ها از احتمال صدور احکام سنگین ادامه دارد.

مقامات قضایی اعلام کرده‌اند که هفته آینده برای بررسی صلاحیت و وضعیت سلامت روانی (گواهی رشد عقلی) به پزشکی قانونی معرفی خواهد شد و دادگاه اطفال در آینده نزدیک تشکیل می‌شود.

She has now been detained for nearly one month. Reports indicate that forced confessions were extracted during detention, although she denied any involvement in the charges when presented before the judge.

The initial charge was reportedly “moharebeh” (enmity against God), which appears to have been modified in later stages; however, serious concerns remain regarding the possibility of harsh sentencing.

Judicial authorities have stated that she will be referred to the Legal Medicine Organization next week for evaluation of mental capacity and maturity, with a juvenile court session expected to be scheduled soon.
