This is huge for $AMD.

They confirmed that GPU-to-CPU ratio in AI infrastructure is shifting from 1:8 toward 1:1.

$GS sees $1 trillion AI compute spending in 2030.

Server GPUs are 5x-10x more expensive than server CPUs. Even if we assume average GPU will be priced 7x the average CPU, we will see server CPU TAM reach $125 billion in 2030.

This is a conservative estimate.

GPU-to-CPU ratio can shift to 1:2 as agentic workflows get longer more autonomous. CPU prices may also increase beyond what we can estimate today if wee see a shortage like we have in memory.
