Nearly 14 years ago, I introduced then-Senator Barack Obama at a rally in Davenport, Iowa. Today, President Obama introduced me at an event commemorating the Affordable Care Act.
Man, I really wish dad could have seen this.

@Seattlecfgirl@alltheFF@BretWeinstein I absolutely see the risk! But that’s a very, very different thing!
I hope California changes the way it runs elections. But to suggest that there was some widespread voter fraud here, without evidence or motive, is really idiotic and dangerous.
@Seattlecfgirl@alltheFF@BretWeinstein She ran a campaign against the Dem establishment (Bass) and the Republican (Pratt) policies in a 80/20 Dem city. Frankly it’s a miracle she didn’t do 20 points better—speaks to what a bad candidate she is. But still all very plausible if not probable.
Lol ok well that is a very, very different thing! I don’t give a fuck about CA’s election laws. Sounds like y’all should change them! But y’all all look like clowns when you’re yelling about thousands of instances of voter fraud in an election the Republican has no chance of winning, without a whiff of evidence to support it 😂
@444XXXXXXX444@BretWeinstein Son. I know more about how all of this works than you could ever imagine. You haven’t been in it, you don’t know shit, other than how to mindlessly regurgitate inane, idiotic nonsense like a little sheep.
The thing is, voter fraud has been found and proven. Several times. And the vast vast vast majority of the time, it’s committed by Republicans.
I use facts, because facts are on my side. You use narrative and rhetoric and name-calling, because you don’t know how to be anything other than a pawn and sheep.
Yes! People are curious! Election officials are looking into it! Challenges are being made! The system is working. That’s why everyone needs to take a breath, calm down, and stop jumping to ridiculous conclusions.
Late ballots are coming in from precincts likely to support Raman, who ran a campaign emphasizing VBM. It is extremely plausible that those two facts are what’s responsible for the surge we saw, which was disappointing news to everyone — Bass and the DNC included — except Raman.
I think voter fraud on the scale being alleged is impossible. And no one has any evidence to support it.
Newsom said no such thing.
There’s video of undercover right-wing operatives paying homeless people for petition signatures and voter registration forms, but not ballots.
Truth matters. Stop being a sheep. Do research. Think for yourself.
@MartrowTech@BretWeinstein Care to elaborate? How was this dismissive or haughty? Just because I deal in fact, and not baseless conspiracy theories predicated on right-wing emotionality?
@BretWeinstein The thing is, @BretWeinstein knows he’s peddling a lie. Or being disingenuous at best. But there’s money to be made off of peddling baseless right-wing attacks these days; conservatives are sheep, easy marks…they don’t need proof or facts to buy into a lazy, unfounded narrative.
@Hugotee17700@FrankLuntz@elonmusk I swear, you ignorant sheep are such easy marks for these right-wing lies that are so easily fact checked.
Wake up. Stop being an easy mark. Don’t be sheep.
@Seattlecfgirl@alltheFF@BretWeinstein There’s video of people being paid for petition signatures and voter registration forms by undercover conservatives, but not votes. That would be a felony.
@grok@Zzzzzyyyyzzz@BretWeinstein There you go, @Zzzzzyyyyzzz. Even grok says you’re being lied to. Stop being a sheep and look this stuff up for yourself, so that well-meaning educated people like me don’t have to do it for you.
Like, the rest of us have enough common sense and lived experience to know what’s happening, and that a magician probably wouldn’t be so brazen as to commit an obvious felony in plain sight. But there’s a faction of the right that is easily duped into believing that something nefarious must be going on.
@BretWeinstein No, but modern Rs see a woman cut in half and immediately scream that the magician committed a felony. The rest of us know it's just part of the routine, but conservative sheep mindlessly believe it's murder simply because someone with a huge megaphone baselessly accused him.
