Happy Anniversary to Steven Spielberg's action packed thrill ride, 'Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom', which premiered 40 years ago today... (which makes us feel reeeeealy old.)

In the film, the scene is fairly well lit which I understand completely, but I really appreciated how dark the scene felt in the book. The image in my head was pitch black darkness, only revealing Rexy when the lightning would light up the sky behind her.
Jurassic Park has been one of my favorite films ever since my parents were cool enough to take me to see it when I was about 9. I didn’t read the book until I was an adult, but I was excited to see how Crichton handled that first T-Rex scene.
I think I probably saw the Teen Wolf Saturday Morning cartoon before I ever saw the movie, but this is the vibe I took from both of them.
“Teen Wolf” for @HeroComplexArt ’s “Back to School” show. Now available.
