This is false. Don’t look to “DMs” as a basis of reality when we have access to data. Trucks are “green lighted” thru weigh stations upon entering in all states based on weight of the truck once it passes the sensors/scales and the ISS score.

Prior to entering, weigh in motion (for the states that have it) preliminary determines if a truck needs to be further reviewed based on ISS and truck sensor weight.
