Minor Football Championship resultAdare 7.06, Monagea 6.07*
Another great win in the GAA field this morning keeping our 100% winning record in tact for the championship.
A bit of a ding dong affair with both teams having periods of domination. Monagea started well
Close game with both attacks on top. Hat-trick goals for Aoife Toomey. Poppy Giltenane powerful display at midfield

Adare men's footballers are out again on Sunday in the Munster Championship quarter-final in Ennis against Eire Og. Go neiri an an t-adh libh from all in the ladies football. A lot of the players have been very generous with their time to our club. @AdareGAA@themanorfields
Some super scores from play across the entire forward line meant we had the opportunity to empty the bench early in the second half. Great to have so many players available all of whom contributed to this great win.
Tougher challenges ahead beginning next Sunday against Athea
Minor Championship Round 2:A relatively straight forward win today in pleasant conditions for our Minors in the Adare GAA pitch this morning. The win was built on a solid defensive performance where we gave away very few chances, and any we did were well
At a loose end tomorrow? Our minor team(u19), sponsored by Kirby Engineering, play their first game of the league campaign tomorrow. We have 20 players available so we hope to give it a good shot.
Great win for some of our players who won their camogie semi-final this morning. It was also a fantastic show of sportswomanship for the Croagh players who facilitated a change of time so that some of the Cillard players wouldn't have a clash with football @Croaghkilfinny1
FT from @MunsterCamogie Junior S/F in @KilmoyleyHC - @CroaghKilfnyGaa 4-14 - @CillardC 4-5 / donโt let the scoreline fool you- in the 51st min - Croagh Kilfinny led 2-12 to 4-5 - a one point lead - Ruth OโConnor & Amy McCarthy outstanding but better team won on the day ๐๐๐
