@Mahindra_Auto I have booked XEV9E on Feb 14th and have been following up on delivery timelines. I understand it's tough sometimes to give proper timelines but least I expect is a prompt reply. Khaleel from Automotive Mahindra, Tolichowki is least bothered to even give reply.
I paid for care+ and requested for home service, no progress from 5 months while waiting for slot to open in service center. Once the slot it open, no proper response from service centre guys and made to wait for an hour in sun to check the vehicle. Pathetic after sales service
