@AskeBay Seriously, it is desperate to suffer from the lack of attention for sellers. I am a 3,500 100% positive feedback seller and an ebay member since 2009. I never saw anything like that before. You are getting worst every month. I feel helpless

@AskeBay As a seller, I set up my store to sell only in US. A scammer from Europe bought 3 items from me, now falsely claims the items arrived damaged but the buyer is NOT longer an ebay user. I am getting open cases for someone that is not a member & ebay is holding my money!!

@AskeBay and on top of that, I find no way to talk to an agent. When I ask for an agent, the automated call system hangs up! I opened 2 claims 48 hours ago and you did not get back but my money is on hold, by you, for a scammer. Why you do not have a seller help team anymore on the phone?

@AskeBay What frustrates me is that the user is no longer an ebayer. He is a scammer and he cannot be found on ebay; how is it possible that this fake user can open a claim (in fact 3 claims) when he is not longer a registered member. This shows SERIOUS vulnerabilities of your platform
