@SouthwestAir it’s been awhile. Started traveling again and last three flights with you I’ve waited an hour on the plane at the gate and am now waiting 30 minutes for bags at an empty BNA since our flight landed.

Here’s an idea for all customer facing companies, travel edition (looking at you Budget Car Rentals and @SouthwestAir): if there are delays, update people SOONER, before they are tired and angry because they don’t know what’s going on.

We are still waiting for bags. It’s been FORTY minutes. When a bunch of people started flooding the SWA baggage office they decided to let us know what was going on. It was a 3+hour flight. Everyone is tired. @SouthwestAir
If people are traveling again and they are using your company to do so, don’t make excuses for lack of staff: explain what’s going on, be proactive. Be customer focused. We can make other choices, so remember we chose you.

Budget at LAX-waited 30 minutes for a bus to take us to the airport. Two of their buses came and dropped people off and then passed us right by. It’s as if they don’t know they are servicing airport customers with flights to catch. #worstcustomerexperience
