امروز در نشست شصتم شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل (HRC60) بیانیه‌ای را ارائه کردم.

چهار سال پس از سقوط افغانستان، طالبان همچنان به آزار سیستماتیک زنان، دختران و افراد ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو+ ادامه می‌دهد. این نقض‌ها مصداق جنایت علیه بشریت (تعذیب جنسیتی) است؛ موضوعی که با صدور حکم بازداشت برای دو رهبر طالبان از سوی دادگاه کیفری بین‌المللی (ICC) نیز تأیید شد.

در بیانیه خود تأکید کردم:

سیاست‌های تبعیض‌آمیز طالبان باعث شد زنان و دختران بیشترین آسیب را در زلزله اخیر ببینند.

اخراج‌های جمعی از ایران و پاکستان شرایط پناهجویان افغانستانی را به شدت بحرانی‌تر کرده است.

ما از جامعه جهانی خواستیم:
✦ مأموریت گزارشگر ویژه سازمان ملل در امور افغانستان تمدید و تقویت شود.
✦ یک سازوکار تحقیقاتی بین‌المللی برای ثبت جنایات طالبان ایجاد گردد.
✦ تلاش‌های دادگاه‌های بین‌المللی برای پاسخگویی طالبان حمایت شود.

Four years on August 15th, Afghanistan's government collapsed.

For me, and for countless LGBTIQ+ Afghans, that day marked not just the collapse of a government, but the beginning of an even darker chapter of persecution and fear. We knew what was coming, and we knew we could not stay silent.

Together with my colleagues, I co-founded the Afghanistan LGBTIQ+ Organization (ALO) (@AfghanLgbt) to respond to this crisis. Since 2021, we have:
🌍 Provided emergency cash assistance to over 700 LGBTIQ+ Afghans impacted by Taliban rule and economic collapse.
✈️ Relocated dozens of LGBTIQ+ people at extreme risk to safer countries where they could rebuild their lives.
📢 Raised awareness and advocated at the UN, EU, and other international platforms for systemic change and accountability.

This journey has not been easy. There are moments when sadness and despair take over, when the suffering of our people feels unbearable. But then, I look at the resilience of LGBTIQ+ Afghans inside the country, those who, despite unimaginable persecution, continue to resist and fight for their existence. They are my source of hope.

Today, ALO faces immense challenges. Because of funding cuts, we have been unable to provide direct support since January 2025. Yet, we continue to push forward, because giving up is not an option.

The fall of Afghanistan’s government was not the end of our fight. It was the beginning of a new chapter of resistance, resilience, and advocacy.

🚨 Historic moment for justice!
Today, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for two senior Taliban leaders for crimes against humanity of gender persecution.

This marks the first time in international law that LGBTIQ+ persons have been explicitly recognized as victims of gender persecution under crimes against humanity.

A major step toward accountability for the Taliban’s brutal policies against women, girls, and LGBTIQ+ individuals in Afghanistan.

It was an honor to be on a panel discussion with Hakan Demir, Member of the German Parliament, and Katharina Voss from Diakonie Germany.

In this panel, we talked about the humanitarian and human rights situation in Afghanistan.

We provided financial aid to 32 LGBT+ Afghans living in extremely difficult conditions in Afghanistan in November and December.

These financial aids have been aimed at meeting essential needs, including food, clothing, shelter, and the costs of relocation to safe countries .

We provided financial aid to 68 LGBTQ+ Afghans living in extremely difficult conditions in Afghanistan.

These financial aids have been aimed at meeting essential needs, including food, clothing, and shelter, as well as covering the costs of passports and travel to Pakistan.

در سه ماه گذشته به ۶۸ فرد ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو افغانستانی کمک مالی اهدا کردیم.

سازمان «الو: @AfghanLgbt »، مستقر در جمهوری چک، در راستای حمایت از جامعه رنگین‌کمانی افغانست��ن، طی سه ماه گذشته به ۶۸ نفر از اعضای این جامعه که در شرایط بسیار دشواری در افغانستان زندگی می‌کنند، کمک‌های مالی ارسال کرده است. این کمک‌ها با هدف تأمین نیازهای ضروری زندگی، از جمله تهیه خوراک، پوشاک، و سرپناه، و همچنین پوشش هزینه‌های پاسپو��ت و بلیت سفر به پاکستان بوده است.

درخواست‌های کمک مالی که روزانه به سازمان «الو» ارسال می‌شود بسیار زیاد و فراتر از توان ما در تأمین نیازهای جامعه ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو افغانستان است. از این رو، در این دوره تلاش کرده‌ایم که با اولویت‌بندی افراد بر اساس وضعیت اضطراری‌شان، این کمک‌ها را به صورت عادلانه توزیع کنیم.

ما اعضای سازمان @AfghanLgbt به نیویورک آمده‌ایم برای ج��سه با کشورهای عضو سازمان‌ملل درباره وضعیت افراد ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو در افغانستان🏳️‍🌈🇦🇫

در یکی از این نشست‌ها، جلسه‌ای با نمایندگی دائم آلمان در سازمان ملل در نیویورک داشتیم. در این نشست بر ایجاد مسیر امن برای انتقال افراد ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو تحت خطر تاکید کردیم و خواهان تضمین نمایندگان این کشور برای اعطای ویزاهای بشر دوستانه به افراد ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو تحت خطر در افغانستان و نیز افراد ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو افغانستانی گیرمانده در پاکستان شدیم.

ما اعضای سازمان «الو» ضمن تقدیر از تصمیم اخیر آلمان برای کشاندن طالبان به دیوان دادگستری بین المللی برای نقض ��نوانسیون رفع هر گونه تبعیض علیه زنان (CEDAW)، خواهان تمرکز بر نقض سایر کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی از جمله کنوانسیون منع شکنجه توسط طالبان شدیم.

همچنین، ما از نمایندگان آلمان خواستیم تا از به رسمیت شناسی «آپارتاید جنسیتی» به عنوان یک جرم مشهود بین‌المللی حمایت کنند با تاکید بر این نکته مهم که تعریف «آپارتاید جنسیتی» می بایست همه شمول بوده و شامل «قربانیان ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو» نیز بشود.

مصاحبه من با تلویزیون بی‌بی‌سی فارسی در رابطه با وضعیت افراد ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو افغانستانی در سالگرد سه سالگی سقوط افغانستان به دست جنگجویان طالبان.

سه سال از سقوط افغانستان گذشته است وضعیت افراد ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو بدتر شده است. سه سال پیش بعضی از افراد ادعا می‌‌کردند که طالبان تغییر کرده‌اند و در همان سال یعنی سال ۲۰۲۱، در مصاحبه با بی‌بی‌سی گفته بودم که «طالبان نه تنها تغییر نکرده‌اند، بلکه بدتر شده‌اند چرا که مکارتر و حیله‌گرتر شده‌اند». الان می‌بینیم که افغانستان در بدترین شرایط حقوق بشری قرار دارد و زنان و افراد ال‌جی‌بی‌تی‌کیو از اساسی‌ترین حقوق‌شان محروم هستند. جامعه جهانی و سازمان ملل هم به جز بیانیه‌های سیاسی توخ��لی و پوچ، هیچ گام عملی برنداشته است.

سه سال گذشت و هنوز غم بزرگی دارم و هر دفعه یاد ۱۵ آگوست، روزی که افغانستان سقوط کرد می‌افتم، بغض بزرگی گلویم را فشار می‌دهد.
