Washing or cooking will not remove toxic chemical residues from vegetables.

Most pesticides enter the plant tissue. They move with the sap. You find them inside the leaves, stems, and fruits. Water only removes dirt and surface residues.

Heat does not solve it.

-Some chemicals break down slowly under heat
-Others remain stable even after cooking
-You still ingest residues after boiling or frying

This is where many farmers go wrong. They rely on washing to fix poor spray practices.

The real control starts in the field.

-Follow correct spray intervals
-Observe full withdrawal periods
-Use the right chemical for the crop
-Avoid spraying close to harvest
-Keep clear records of every application

If you harvest before the waiting period ends, no amount of washing will make that food safe.

Safe food is produced before harvest, not in the kitchen.

Farming is a business of selling food, not growing food for fun. Food is life, and farming feeds that life. But farming pays only those who treat it as a business.

Stop chasing miracle seasons. The promise of one big harvest that gives you $50,000 is a lie that kills farmers and their dreams.

Real money in farming is in daily cash flow.
-How much did you make today?
-How much will you make by the end of the week?
-How much will you make by the end of the month?
-How much will you make by the end of the season?

We are taking legal steps by Monday at the Federal High Court to compel JAMB to release the marking sheet and scoring details, so students can verify the accuracy of their results.

I think there is a problem with JAMB scoring engine. It affected thousands of youngsters who can’t speak up.

I have carefully studied a lot of JAMB results from random people since yesterday and I can confirm that something is obviously wrong with their system.

Lots of schools have reached out to me to lay this complaints as well. The future of this youngsters is at stake.

I will make a formal report to JAMB HQ, the Presidency and the Senate.
