Washing or cooking will not remove toxic chemical residues from vegetables.
Most pesticides enter the plant tissue. They move with the sap. You find them inside the leaves, stems, and fruits. Water only removes dirt and surface residues.
Heat does not solve it.
-Some chemicals break down slowly under heat
-Others remain stable even after cooking
-You still ingest residues after boiling or frying
This is where many farmers go wrong. They rely on washing to fix poor spray practices.
The real control starts in the field.
-Follow correct spray intervals
-Observe full withdrawal periods
-Use the right chemical for the crop
-Avoid spraying close to harvest
-Keep clear records of every application
If you harvest before the waiting period ends, no amount of washing will make that food safe.
Safe food is produced before harvest, not in the kitchen.

Your farm is not small. Your thinking is.
Many farmers hide behind low numbers. You have 100 chickens but you speak like a kitchen garden farmer. You harvest 2,000 cabbages but you sell like you are clearing leftovers.
The market responds to confidence and audacity.
Sell more than your current production.
If you have.
-100 chickens, sell like you run a 10,000 bird operation
-2,000 cabbages, present yourself like an 80,000 head supplier
This is how buyers think.
-They want reliability
-They want consistency
-They want suppliers who look ready
Position yourself like a serious supplier.
-Create simple branding, even a name and phone number builds trust
-Speak in weekly supply terms, not one-time sales
-Show your production plan, not your current stock
-Build relationships with buyers before harvest
Then back it up with action:
-Plan staggered production
-Work with nearby farmers to fill gaps
-Deliver on time, every time
You are not lying. You are selling capacity and direction.
Start acting like a supplier the market respects.

Today is #WorldSoilDay 🌍.
👩🌾 Healthy soils depend on equitable access and decision-making.
IFPRI research shows that women farmers often use different soil management practices—like crop rotation and manure—but face greater barriers to adopting sustainable land management.
Strengthening soil health means closing gender gaps in resources, land rights, and support services.

If you are not obsessed with selling, stay away from farming.
Farming is a business of selling food, not growing food for fun. Food is life, and farming feeds that life. But farming pays only those who treat it as a business.
Stop chasing miracle seasons. The promise of one big harvest that gives you $50,000 is a lie that kills farmers and their dreams.
Real money in farming is in daily cash flow.
-How much did you make today?
-How much will you make by the end of the week?
-How much will you make by the end of the month?
-How much will you make by the end of the season?
That is what we call printing money in farming. Be obsessed with that, not with one lucky harvest.

Samson has finally broken this table 😂
Farmers and Agribusiness players, in whatever you do, profit should be your number 1.
You're in this field to make money, don't listen to any distractions.
Focus on your business. Make money.
Rinse & repeat.
This is Powerful content: Knowing how govt revenue flows is key but sad truth is, governors pocket the biggest chunk while states & LGs struggle.😭🔥Rt🔁
If you're a student concerned that your JAMB score is significantly lower than expected, and you're confident there's an error, please fill this form immediately.

We are taking legal steps by Monday at the Federal High Court to compel JAMB to release the marking sheet and scoring details, so students can verify the accuracy of their results.
I think there is a problem with JAMB scoring engine. It affected thousands of youngsters who can’t speak up.
I have carefully studied a lot of JAMB results from random people since yesterday and I can confirm that something is obviously wrong with their system.
Lots of schools have reached out to me to lay this complaints as well. The future of this youngsters is at stake.
I will make a formal report to JAMB HQ, the Presidency and the Senate.
If you have such complaints kindly share here with evidences. Also share with others.
