@MikeNeaverson How are your crops holding up? In Scotland some winter crops are showing drought stress but we don’t get the high temps that you receive
I don’t want Hearts to win the league i think that’s pretty clear but even i have sympathy for them tonight. Genuinely that last minute pen for Celtic is poor and if i’m a Hearts fan, player or coach (or Motherwell for that matter) I’m fuming at that. You have to be 💯 sure with that big a call.
Well said Derek McIness. It was a “disgusting” last second VAR penalty for Celtic. And the Motherwell manager Jens Berthel Askou said it was “shocking and a shame for the game. It felt totally unreal. There isn’t a paragraph in the rule book that gives that as a penalty”.
We thought VAR & PGMOL were bad.
Whether the ball did hit the Motherwell player's hand or not...
They've just handed a potential title-deciding win, using one inconclusive angle and a 15 second monitor check.
Absolutely diabolical from the Scottish officials. 😅
Seriously that is never a handball at Fir Park. The boy headed it 20 yards. The ref takes one look after VAR calls him over. Embarrassing for Scottish football.
Comparing the handball incident Heart’s should have got a penalty for on Saturday with that one Celtic got…
It’s absolutely wild. Scottish refereeing and their use of VAR has reached a new low.
A disgrace.
SFA have got to have a fucking serious word with themselves!! 2 decisions here one where the ball has a FOREHEAD and one the ball is clearly on the arm, will let the people decide what was given and what wasn’t! A disgrace
@Andrew695832@RichieStewart1 Fair enough, got a lot of respect for you guys - is that all over the last 2 seasons and how many games have you missed? I just did the maths and couldn’t see how it worked if you averaged 2/3 points per away game to include those who sell direct
@GordonPaton9@The_Foe_Malign@NathenAmin Like recent NBHS pupils like Rory Darge or Lewis Carmichael who didn’t attend an Edinburgh school and are Scotland internationals?
@The_Foe_Malign@NathenAmin You are missing a couple of key schools in this, I would suggest Edinburgh academy, lorreto and fettes are all stronger than most of the Glasgow schools. The youth section in the borders is still very strong as are the occasional state school like Boroughmuir, NB or Bell Baxter
