I had ordered a single product 2 years back through Flipkart pay later. The order was cancelled due to issues and all were fine. But now I found after IDFC bank calling me that the loan for the product in their bank is still open even after 2 years.

This is unforgivable from Flipkart. My CIBIL score has impacted a lot and is in a very low score now. I need flipkart to deal with this ASAP and provide compensation. IDFC has told that there will be a case if this isn't resolved soon. There should be justice.
