Root cause is still poverty. Growing up in penury could mean growing up without moral standards that spreads into everything else.
Poultry naturally releases its own oil as it cooks.
There’s really no need to deep-fry your chicken or turkey in even more oil. Grill it, roast it, or air-fry it instead.
Your pot belly doesn’t come from thin air, it comes from what you consume.
At a private dinner in Paris yesterday evening with His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose bold and forward-thinking reforms have put our economy firmly on a path of sustainable growth.
The results are increasingly evident top Nigerian companies now included on the FTSE Russell Frontier 50 Index, the NGX at historic highs, increased foreign direct investment and renewed economic confidence, a unified and more stable foreign exchange market, foreign reserves standing strong at about $55 billion, and so much more.
I remain proud of you, Mr. President! 🇳🇬

@Damnlilbuddy@Vic_Triumphant You are still doing it again. “Even so so do it.”
You’re unconsciously trying to justify one thing we do because someone else is doing the same.
I don’t know if it has anything to do with our history, but Nigerians have this strange tendency to constantly compare themselves with the West.
You could say, “Nigerians, please cook with less oil,” and someone will reply, “But they eat oily food in America.”
“Nigerians, please lose weight”
Someone will reply: “But there are obese people in America”
What exactly is the correlation?
I genuinely don’t understand this argument. If there are obese people in America, does that somehow make obesity okay for you?
