Last but not least 'Hen Wlad fy Nhadau' (Land of my Fathers) the national anthem of #Wales #Cymru the words were written by Evan James and the tune composed by his son, James James, both residents of Pontypridd, in January 1856. The earliest written copy survives in the @NLWales

"Yma o Hyd" ("Still Here") is the iconic song by @dafyddiwan. In recent years it has been sung as an unofficial anthem for the @Cymru team. The players requested that Dafydd Iwan perform it during the team's successful march to the @FIFAWorldCup in 2022
