Are you looking to explore how to build VCF Operations Management Packs (MPs)? 👍

Here’s an example: I use a Synology NAS in my lab and wanted to display the storage details alongside my VMware Hosts and VMs. The new dashboard gauges make the data look great — and with VMware MP Builder, you can create a pack like this yourself. 🛠️

Have you come across any cool Claude Skill examples yet? If you’re a VMware Admin who uses RVTools, here’s my first Claude Skill to demonstrate its functionality. Please watch 👀 the video to the end to see the report generated without any code. 😎

At the VMware Explore Hackathon 2025, my team created a MCP server to accomplish similar tasks, but it required a lot more code. Next, I plan to create a Claude Skill that directly connects to my VMware vCenter and allows me to input prompts. 👍
