@D0NTL00KATMEE How can you see the scene where Nikki breaks free for just a second and think that Bear is anything other than an abuser. Other characters literally call him out for it (even if they don't know about the wish)
@xylerglass@_mickydicky@tearmoonlit To be fair, he only changed his mind about *how* he wanted to die iirc. And it's after possessed Nikki uses her wish that he stops and leaves to her
Bear is still a PoS for not doing anything else to save her, tho
@Veryrare_zs "Oh, it's silly, I just got you this thing cuz I know you're into this kind of stuff" then she wishes they can stay together forever and a whole other fucked up scenario happens
@vengoechea98@StarrAlert@amijulesenough@PN92536 No, I haven't, this film was my first time dealing with the concept. But from what I hear, evil Nikki was the real manipulator. She even smashed her head at their fun party like what the heck
@Ambavalent2964@PN92536 It's such a shame, too, because it's a "fun" way of showing just how abusive toxic relationships can be. We shouldn't be scared to portray these things because some people don't get why you would
@bwiblies@PN92536 Oh yeah, the entire time I felt so bad for her having to go through MONTHS of that. And hearing the real Nikki screaming over the 0hone made my heart break so hard for her
@lezboloser@amijulesenough@StarrAlert@PN92536 Well he's the main character, and main character = guy you're supposed to want to win. And all the bad stuff that happens is just because Nikki goes totally psycho. Bear was just a shy little fella who had a crush
