There still are a lot of pharmacies open today and tomorrow even though it is New Years Eve and New Years Day! To find your most local pharmacy please visit our webpage here: https://t.co/OWDeIdfRgm

[East Cheshire NHS Trust @EastCheshireNHS]

To protect our patients and staff, we have unfortunately made the difficult decision to restrict visiting at the trust with immediate effect. Please see below for further guidance.

https://t.co/nSmxgQUHN5 Please don’t contact the surgery about the booster and keep the phone lines open for us to deal with people who are ill. We don’t have any special access to the booking system and no extra insider information about how/when it’s going to happen. Thanks

Did you know there are 157 community pharmacies in Cheshire? Pharmacists are highly-qualified healthcare professional who can offer expert advice on a wide range of ailments. You don’t need an appointment and most pharmacists have private consulting rooms. #GetWellForChristmas

[Cheshire East Health & Care Partnership Board @CheshireEastHPB]

If you are planning to visit an NHS service it is mandatory you wear a face covering and maintain social distancing of 2 metres as this is considered standard practice in all health and social care areas across the UK. #HelpUsHelpYou

Should I worry about the Omicron COVID variant? https://t.co/UxZQ2sBOD4 via @YouTube Well worth a watch, a sensible calm appraisal of the situation from Prof Tim Spectre. Download the Zoe app and help the scientists figure this out.

[North West Ambulance Service @NWAmbulance]

As you drive up to your house tonight, take a moment to think: could an ambulance crew identify my house in an emergency? 💡
Make sure if you have a house number that it’s easily seen in the dark.
We hope you never need us but just in case, #HelpUsFindYou

@Parody_RCGP If the NHS is a house then GPs are the RSJs. Supposedly expensive, and not very glamorous, but people dont understand how much of a house would collapse if they weren’t around. Some GPs would prefer to be the friendly doormat - trod on by everyone, and chucked away when worn out.
