@realjoshkoenig@edzitron No, the new plans are like "pay $10/month to get $10 in credits and then pay for every token you use beyond that", they'd still pay the monthly price
@BurgerLesbian Way back, I think like 10+ years, reddit staff said outright that they only store the latest version of a post. If that was true, then mass-editing all your posts would mean (once backups ran through) that reddit flat out did not have your original posts (even if subpoenaed)
@metzgov she's suggesting it happened because she tweeted about the epstein files but it's most likely "fell for a suspicious link" like 99% of hacks here
@Shadoo_creeture@spinomania yes, those types of accounts run photos through AI on the hopes that then they can't be DMCA'd by the actual photographers/owners
@tomtom2151@tomshardware are you illiterate? voices38, who is the Denuvo cracker, says the HV bypass lies to the game about what hardware you have in a way that will make it use slower code (no AVX or higher instructions) and assume you have 32GB of RAM (even if you have less)
@tomtom2151@tomshardware I said the headline is basically a lie because it's making people think that the cracked version is faster than the uncracked game running normally, but that wasn't tested at all. There is no evidence of this at all. All that was tested is cracked vs HV bypass
@tomtom2151@tomshardware The headline is basically lying, it runs better than the bypassed version, not the actual uncracked game. The hypervisor bypasses decrease performance
@BigWayneX Lootboxes are predatory yes but OW lootboxes were tuned so weirdly in favor of consumers you didn't need to spend any money at all on cosmetics, which is more consumer friendly than needing to spend money to get cosmetics
@BigWayneX@Clelmina@Em8erCummz the original overwatch lootboxes were by far the least greedy lootboxes i've ever seen, just by playing the game a normal amount you could get every item you wanted if you were even slightly patient
they were nothing like the usual gacha lootbox
