No golden generation. No history that scares anybody. Our great war is making it out of the group. Our great depression is getting knocked out by a country with the population of a Los Angeles suburb. We’ve all been raised on highlight reels to believe that one day we’d be Brazil. We’d be Germany. We’d be Argentina. But history doesn’t care about potential. And we’re slowly learning that fact.
