According to @CASOSVote there were 1840 provisional ballots and 11,340 conditional voter registration ballots in LA County. Wondering how many of those were folks who might not live in the city of LA or even California trying to vote for @spencerpratt??

Logan says he's concerned about the message this situation sends... "I think that has ramifications on how the public feels about the voting process and potentially having apprehension about voting. And so that's what I hope we can work through that process."

Today @SenAdamSchiff & @SenAlexPadilla demanded that @AGPamBondi call off plans to monitor elections in 5 CA counties. @LACountyRRCC told me he met with @TheJusticeDept officials who said they would only send a few monitors and mostly to observe ballot processing.

Dean Logan also told me he's given DOJ team a letter they can present to poll site workers to make sure they are treated like any other observers. He adds they will have to abide by rules for any election observers - no cameras, and no interacting with staff.
