Sonic Mania's music theory video will get a re-cut. The primary reason is that during the Hataya/Jacques/Lopes lineup, the wrong country's flag appears next to Richard Jacques. What does it mean that not a single Sonic fan.. including Lopes himself...pointed out the error?

NEWS: In a recent interview investor Q&A, SEGA revealed that there will only be four new titles this year because other games were delayed due to "development progress." They expect a higher number of games to be released next year.

The games released this year will be towards the end of the year, and are expected to be at or near full price. #SonicNews

Undertale frequently gets credit for the spare/befriend mechanic... that's preposterous. The Phantom Pain came out two whole weeks earlier...after you fight "Quiet the Sniper" you have the option to kill her, or spare her to join forces, with romance options down the line.

According to a leaker who shared footage of the new Jet Set Radio, SEGA is preparing a number of new Sonic the Hedgehog announcements, as well as a brand new model, which is being described as "a great improvement."

A Sonic CD remake? SEGA-16 published an interview with the former Vice President of SEGA of America, Mike Fischer, where he made a couple of surprising statements:

- He has "heard that they [SEGA] are remaking Sonic CD", but provided no other details regarding this statement. This should only be considered a rumour at this moment.
- Mike also claims that Yuji Naka "stole credit" for creating Sonic the Hedgehog, and that Naoto Ohshima and Hirokazu Yasuhara deserve more credit for contributing to the mascot's birth. He also shared several other stories regarding Naka-san, describing him as a stubborn and hard-to-deal-with person.
