I’ve been fortunate to travel the world fishing but a fine British summer is about as amazing as it gets! 🤯 It’s been one rollercoaster of graft, unrelenting from minute one right through to this very day. That’s why I wanted to pay a massive tribute to Ray, Ross, Zamo, Nik and Co who showed immense belief in our plan from Day One. From that point onwards, the support of my incredible wife, family, the man in this video Gabriel Stoian and every single OMC colleague & team member from across the globe, past and present, has played a monumental role in helping build the vision we continue to work so hard on every day as a brand.

🙏🏽 A lot has changed in these five years, but if anything the work rate has intensified. Every new product, every piece of content and the running of a company absorbs virtually every waking minute… and quite a lot of it when I’m sleeping too 365 💯

😱 The story so far has been mad. Incredible fishing successes, record-breaking moments, flamboyant product launches, amazing adventures and plenty of lessons along the way. Through it all we’ve tried to stay true to who we are: helping anglers, growing the sport and creating products that genuinely benefit people of all abilities and budgets.

It’s crazy to think we started bang in the middle of Covid. Many questioned whether we’d make it, but little by little, with your support, we’ve continued to grow. For that, I will be forever grateful.

Thank you to every single person who has been part of the One More Cast journey since June 1st 2021. You all know who you are, and you’ll always hold a place in our hearts.

Most of all, I always pray for good health and happiness because ultimately the rest is fluff.

Now…can we make it to 10 years?

That’s the next big mission.

👊🏽 18lb @omcfishinglife Dancefloor Monofilament Line, The Magic Wand Inline working as a great shock absorber and the unstoppable Lock Hook, combined with steady pressure will win in those protracted battles.

‼️ Remember when you have those fish moving to walk back and keep pressure steady rather than pumping the rod up and down. If you have the room, walk back slowly, then walk forward without lowering the rod up and down. That keeps the pressure steady and I promise the Magic Wand and Lock Hook will take care of the rest. If they do get stuck - don’t pull, slacked off so you still have some tension, not totally slack then the fish many times will work its way back out.

🎈 If you love Pop-Up Rigs or even Wafters, this not only makes carp fishing life easier, it also makes it much trickier for the fish to eject a rig when they’ve sucked that hookbait up because of the Dog Bone weight then tilting that point down causing them more agg to go along with the Magic Wand.
