More than 100 friends, family and colleagues attended today's formal swearing in of Judge Brent Ecenbarger of the Allen Superior Court Family Relations Division. He was sworn in by Judge Ashley Hand of Allen Circuit Court, where he previously served as a Magistrate.
Judge Brent A. Ecenbarger was sworn in today as Allen Superior Court's newest Judge. He was sworn in by Judge Lori K. Morgan, Administrative Judge in Superior Court's Family Relations Division. Judge Ecenbarger will serve as presiding Judge at the Allen County Juvenile Center.

Neither the BMV nor the Allen County Courts send texts about unpaid infractions. There are certain text reminders you can voluntarily sign up for, but you will not receive a legitimate warning message like this one. (3/3)

Two things that identify the messages as a scam are the phone number they come from. The example came from a phone number in the Philippines. The web site address they send you to LOOKS like the Indiana BMV address, a .gov address, but it actually ends in .icu. (2/3)
