I don't open Twitter at work anymore. I can't.
I spend my days with precious babies and toddlers from my community, caring for them, teaching them, playing and singing and dancing. I protect that space at all costs.
And then I log on at night to see what atrocities I missed.
You don’t need to be bitten to get rabies.
You can get it from saliva.
If you were petting or feeding baby goats at a North Carolina petting zoo PLEASE get medical attention.
Rabies is 100% fatal and by the time you develop symptoms it’s almost always too late.
The median American woman has slept with 4.3 people. I have absolutely no clue where these guys got the idea that 100+ was even vaguely a thing, statistically speaking.
Why can’t men accept that all humans should strive for all to thrive, the stronger to protect the weak from evil regardless of gender, and everyone deserves rights? Why does protection always come with the stripping of rights?
@DannnoRPFs@RealDianeYap You're starting with the flawed (incel) hypothesis that men who mistreat women get more women / sex than "nice guys". And then piling misogynistic assumptions and stereotypes on top of that.
@DannnoRPFs@RealDianeYap So I have to "take accountability" for a man abusing me..? Pass.
I don't need anyone to "give me reasons" to not be in an abusive relationship, thanks. You should educate yourself on why it is so hard to get out of one, though. And stop lecturing survivors. Thanks.
@DannnoRPFs@RealDianeYap The idea that being "nonchalant and uncaring" is what gets you sex is ridiculous. And you should focus less on quantity and more on quality.
@honigmaydl@MattOsterndorf They always ask "wouldn't women have to do housework if they were single" and not, "wouldn't men have tiodo housework if they were single... why do they get to opt out after marriage?"
