I took a decision some time ago to give up on sugar.
(Despite my sweet tooth)

It’s clearly a dangerous part of our diet.

But when a dish of Gajar Ka Halwa is placed in front of me, my resolve melts.
I confess I have no strength to resist.

So I’m grateful for this article I discovered that reduces my sense of guilt…
