@IrpsOfficers IRPS Officers hve done commendable job in HRM, IT & Indust Relations at all levels; but railway board failed to integrate them at any level. Reason, all MS till date had no vision or orientation 4 HRM & we the silent soldiers of HR had no voice, MS 4 IRPS is a Must.
