Made a purchase from Lenovo through Rakuten and not getting any cashback - Rakuten says Lenovo hasn't issued the cashback, and Lenovo says Rakuten should do it. What gives?

@Lenovo Hello Ash, yes, I reached out to Lenovo customer service and they told me it should be Rakuten's responsibility and they can't help. My order number is 4644566156 if that helps.
