Day 86 of learning how to script on Roblox! 👀✨

Two weeks from today will reach 100 days of learning how to script!! I'm taking this time to revisit the basics of scripting just to really engrave it in my memory and help me gain confidence on my progress 🫶🏼

I used AlvinBlox's tutorial guide on scripting on/off buttons and created something a bit of my own! In his video, you adjust just a part color. I wanted to do something a bit different so the script I made changes the block color and triggers the point light brightness!

I also used advice from my previous post and started to add comments to my scripts, hopefully I can optimize this and make it more of a habit 🫣

96% of Brainrot games made in the last 6 months have under 1000 CCU.

Out of 5,709 Brainrot games, 5,206 are now classed as dead by CCUCheck.

There are over 2,000 of them on the platform. The top 5 alone hold half the total Brainrot CCU, while the average brainrot game sits at just 755 players.

For clarification, this tool only uses data which is otherwise publicly available through Roblox’s APIs. If you don’t want a game to be discovered, set it to private and it will be respected.

Big devs and large studios already have internal tools that do exactly this - and rather than gatekeep it for myself, I’ve decided to open it up for more users.
