It still amazes me when in 2022, I hear people say things like, "oh, it's not a government website, so we don't need to worry about accessibility" - This could not be further from the truth.

@rosemary @WAHealth I agree, I didnβt say it was wise only that itβs the reasoning. I guess the effort required isnβt worth it at the moment, theyβre more focused on contacting people directly if they checked in at an exposure site π€·π»ββοΈ

@rosemary@stringy@the_patima@Amys_Kapers My mum is in Geraldton and between a dust storm, a bushfire and strong winds, itβs a bit crazy. Not much rain though. Just wet, windy and powerless where I am π
@T20WorldCup Any news on when purchased tickets will be ready to download for the women's games? Hasn't been working for the last month or so and getting no response from customer service... Only 2 weeks to go!
Just to keep things interesting, I've challenged myself to walk 2020km in 2020, and part of that is walking the equivalent distance of Lands End to John O Groats in the UK (1744.2km). I kicked things off with a gentle 2.5km tonight, here's a virtual postcard from my start point.
A great idea launched today by the man that invented the web, in the hope of saving of the web. I wonder how much traction it will gain with governments, and how seriously the Big Four (Amazon, Apple, Facebook & Google) will take it? https://t.co/66ghYdGySV
My own experience confirms this to be true. Be kind to yourselves, people. Your health and wellbeing are always the most important tasks on your to-do list.
Signs you need a break:
* loosing interesting in things youβre usually passionate about and bring you joy
* short temper and easy to provoke
* taking everything personally
* constant overthinking
* emotionally overwhelmed
* always exhausted/tired
Take care friends. Take a break.
I just scored 974 in @MullenLoweGroup's arcade-style game, #MLGCoralGreef. For every social media share, MLG donates $5 to Plastic Oceans to help tackle plastic pollution https://t.co/XdPy2GfUNL
