@adriankuleszo @adriankuleszo Quick clarification on the solo phase: were you already running on retainers at that stage? If not, I’m trying to reconcile the numbers — $20k/month solo would imply either very high hourly (~$200+) or consistently closing 1–2 large projects per month.
