We talked about a huge range of subjects including wintering rituals, cultural differences in how people read the book, cold water swimming bucket lists, and how to inspire others to slow down.

Battersea @parkrunUK this morning was the largest in the country in its second week. I remember a deputation coming to the Environment Committee of people saying it would ruin the park & cause endless problems - glad we passed it! Great to have an event that brings so much joy.
